This is my first buying at any dispensary ever. I learned a buyer should inspect all products from being defective before leaving because they wont be responsible or stand behind what they sell. I was sold a broken cartridge and was told that it was dropped after it was sold. This is my first time ever buying and found out RAW GARDEN and LIT won’t accept responsibility for a broken product they sold broken. You could see all the oil was in the plastic tube and the box wasn’t stained with oil. They would not exchange it for a like product and only offered a discount towards another purchase. I left their broken product on the counter because I have no use for it. I took my receipt as proof of what I paid. There are many stores and I wont be returning to this one. I would avoid this store and make sure you inspect before you walk out of any store if you buy RAW GARDEN.

Don’t be fooled by this place! They sell fake products! Their products have fake information about who makes it, licenses, etc. And they know it. I contacted them about it and they had their lawyers call me, just to tell me they weren’t going to do anything about it.
